Birthday Wishes Dear Friend

When i embark on this day today- when its your B’Day- i am reminiscent of the old days, which leave behind a sweet-sour memory. I am wary of calling and wishing you - i want to call you at the fag end of the day and end it with a hearty wish - absolutely in my style, just like i used to do in the yester years. But there is something which stops me, thinking of the fact that it might again invite a conversation- which i am not willing to. Now that you have a family of yours and priorities have changed- it is not even reasonable to divert your attention. Just wanted to let you know that I still miss the weird poetry of yours- dedicated to Tamanna. While i know that you keep enquiring about my well being from your sources- you still repent losing out your “Friend in need”.
